The following terms and conditions of sales apply to ALL orders placed by you with Knightmare Games through its website


There is no minimum ammount to purchase on the Website. You can pay using credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, as indicated. Knightmare Games will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be sent once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. All payments will be made in Euros (€).
All payments made on this website are processed using secure servers and do not carry any commission from us. In no case Knightmare Miniatures website will ask you for any information related to your credit/debit card number, password or account number. Accepted forms of payment:
- By credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. This data is viewed via a secure connection through the TPV-Virtual of Caja Rural, Knightmare Games does not have access to this data in any way.


We make orders to Spain and the rest of the world.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48-72 hours once payment is received.
This preparation time will be effective unless the product is out of stock, which will depend on how long it takes to serve the supplier, special periods previously warned or Christmas time. In any case, the customer will be informed of the delay in his order. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.
The basic method of our shipments is registered mail with tracking number.

Orders over 50€ for Spain will be FREE, and for the rest of the world shipping costs will be FREE for orders over 150€.

Knightmare Games considers as a main objective the confidentiality of the personal data of its users, collected through any system that transmits them. Knightmare Games declares its commitment with the legislation that is currently in force in this matter, currently, the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, of Personal Data Protection.

We will not use the data of our buyers, including but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and email address, except for the management of your purchase. Also, if you so choose, we will be able to inform you of new products and improvements, offer you the option of subscribing to our electronic system of diffusion and follow us on our social networks Facebook and Instagram.

We do not accept any type of merchandise return.
